Screen Wash products are non-evaporative cleaners, which will remove
screen printing inks from screens after printing operations are
completed. Since these are non-evaporative products, they can be
allowed to stay in the screen from a few minutes to several hours to
"work" on the ink. Mild scrubbing can also be used to loosen ink from
mesh knuckles. Nichols screen washes contain degreasers to aid in
degreasing the screen to prepare it for re-use. Perfect for
re-circulating and reducing VOC emissions. Biodegradable , with no OSHA
or ACGIH established exposure limits, our screen washes replace harsh
solvents, and reduce or eliminate the need for caustic haze removers.
All screen washes meet SCAQMD Rule 1171 Standards.

ink degradent and degreasing agents which leave the screen clean and
free of oily residue after rinsing. Prolonged use will increase mesh
life due to reduced staining.
